-2 Cups all purpose flour

-1 Tbsp. finely grated orange zest

First off, I had to mention that this was my first time zesting an orange! Luckily a few days prior, I watched Gordon Ramsay's cooking show and learned how to do it! It was so much fun! If you have any leftover zest, you can freeze it and don't forget to eat or use the orange soon after you zest it, as it will soon go bad.

There will not be any pictures of the process because I forgot to take them! >.<

Anyway, first you have to mix the flour, tea leaves, and salt in a small bowl.

Next, cream the butter, orange zest, and sugar together in a separate bowl using an electric mixer until completely combined.

Now continuously add the flour mixture into the butter mixture until you make a dough.

At this time, divide the dough into two parts and and roll them into logs using saran-wrap or parchment paper. Place them in the freezer to harden for about and hour. Don't forget to preheat the oven to 350º while you wait! :)

After an hour, take out the now hardened dough and cut them into quarter inch pieces using a sharp knife...be careful! place them on a parchment (or foil) covered cookie sheet. Because these cookies hardly expand, you can fit a generous amount on the tray at a time!

Bake them for 13-15 minutes or until the bottom is light brown and the edges are a golden color! They're done!!!! :D

They go perfect with a nice cup of tea or milk! My uncle said that tasted like fruity pebbles O___O lol

Enjoy!!!! ^-^
